XPAND Announces VETcentral - A Robust Solution for OFCCP Compliance with Jobs for Veterans Act

Today XPAND Corporation launched a new dynamic service that provides Federal Contractors a compliance solution for the 2002 Jobs for Veterans Act. The job distribution service, VETcentral, provides companies the opportunity to follow the spirit and the letter of the law by distributing job orders at the local level into the hands of Veterans Representatives and Career Specialists.

The VETcentral system will receive job orders on a daily basis through a Web Service with our partners at JobCentral National Labor Exchange. The VETcentral system will then automatically identify a One-Stop office or Veterans counselor for each submitted job order using an integrated Geographic Information System (GIS) and distributes the job orders via email, dynamic fax, or priority mail as appropriate.

The launch of VETcentral is a timely business solution for companies looking for a successor to replace America's Job Bank which ceased operations today.
