The VETcentral job distribution service receives job orders on a daily basis through a Web Service with our partners at JobCentral. VETcentral then automatically identifies an Employment office or Veterans counselor for each submitted job order using an integrated Geographic Information System (GIS) that distributes the job orders via email, dynamic fax, or priority mail as appropriate. With built-in redundancies to ensure all jobs are delivered to career centers throughout the country as well as tracking and reporting capabilities, VETcentral helps you follow both the spirit and the letter of the law.
VETcentral was launched just as America's Job Bank was getting ready to close its doors; XPAND's timely launch of this service provided businesses with a viable solution for full compliance with OFCCP regulations. XPAND joined together with a leader in the internet human resources industry, DirectEmployers Association, to bring this innovative solution to market. Through DEA's JOBcentral indexing service, VETcentral receives job orders indexed from the websites of Fortune 500 companies who are members of the association. The member companies need only use their already existing job posting application. Once the indexed jobs are received, VETcentral does the rest, distributes, tracks, and maintains data ready to be used on compliance reports.
The compliance reports are available on-demand through an easy-to-use web-based query. Reports can be requested by the employer for a specific geographic area, date range, or even for an employer-specific job requisition number depending on the needs of the member companies. Reports show information on the Job distribution; i.e. distribution method, date of distribution, location etc. Job distribution data remains available for 5 years.
